THE SICKUD CHALLENGE

So yeah, I'm naming this challenge the #SickudChallenge because quite frankly that's exactly what I am, #SICKUD! To be honest, I'm sick of much more than this weight but that's what we're going to focus on for now. I'm so ready to be finer than I've ever been and to do so I'll need some witnesses, AMEN!? Lol, but on a serious note, accountability partners help you see it through. So, I'm EXTRA excited to start this challenge and see where it goes and see how many people will feel BIGGER, BETTER, BADDER by April 1st.

Hello! I'm Adalis and I'm Sickud, Nice to meet you!

Now let's get into what this challenge will look like.

Week One of the #SickudChallenge

Stairmaster 4x a Week for 20-30 minutes

Please know that it doesn't matter if you're walking on level ONE- whatever you have to do get those 20 minutes in- GET IT IN

In conjunction with the Stairmaster will be an AB Challenge. This is also to be completed 4x a week, cause be honest.. how many of y'all skip over ore when you're working out??? Mhmmmm, we gone change that this month (talking to myself).

AB Routine

What you'll need (optional) - Stability Ball- Core Sliders- 

If you're advanced aim for 2+ Rounds. But trust! This is great to begin with to start strengthening the core for the following weeks. 

  • Plank 45 sec
  • Stability Ball Switch 45 sec
  • Reverse Crunches 45 sec
  • Spiderman Plank 45 sec
  • Crunch w/ Stability Ball 45 sec 

(I will be uploading a video demoing these exercises and their alternates so don't fret!)
